About the role:

You will be the champion of agricultural farm sales out of your branch delivering ‘Agricultural Excellence’, answering to and coordinating the requirement of farmer shareholders and farmer customers.

The main objective of the position is to ‘meet and greet’ farmers and shareholders coming into the branch. The role reactively and proactively promotes sales of the total agri product portfolio to our core agricultural customer base, members and shareholders. Working with both retail and external agri sales staff, you will support your colleagues with added value services.

 

What we’re looking for:

Possessing a broad knowledge of UK agriculture either from practical on-farm experience and/or an agricultural qualification, you will be a natural communicator who can take a broad view of the farm to recommend the most suitable products and services instore.

You will be confident in helping develop sales to existing members and attracting new members where possible and encouraging the use of services offered by Mole Valley Farmers.

You will be disciplined and organised in the management of your customers by planning your in store calls, structuring your prospecting activity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

An AMTRA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
